Stock Grids - Property owner information session.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is continuing to work with property owners to manage stock grids on the State-controlled Road network. Landowners within the Paroo Shire may have recently received written correspondence from TMR about the management of stock grids, including:

• Grid maintenance.
• Grid removal and construction of a stock run through.
• Grid removal and fencing out of the road corridor. TMR may offer subsidies for fencing out of the road corridor.

To answer any questions property owners may have about the management of stock grids on State-Controlled roads, TMR will be holding drop-in session in Thargomindah and Cunnamulla in September, details below.

Cunnamulla: Kookaburra Room, 49 Stockyard Street (via Communities entrance), Cunnamulla.
