The First Kerbside Collection for Cunnamulla in March 2026.

Paroo Shire Council is proud to announce that a kerbside collection in Cunnamulla is happening on 4 and 5 March 2026.

Community feedback has identified that some resident’s experience difficulty transporting bulky household items to the waste facility due to limited access to appropriate transport. This has resulted in the accumulation of hard waste in residential yards, contributing to untidy streetscapes and increased risks from snakes and vermin.

Clean Up Australia Day provides a nationally recognised framework that aligns with Council’s objectives relating to environmental stewardship, waste management, and community wellbeing. This year Council will be delivering both a kerbside hard waste collection and a community clean-up event (Sunday 1st March).

More details on the community clean-up event are HERE
