Facilities
Hiring Council Facilities and Equipment
Various Council buildings and facilities are available to hire across the Shire, and are capable of hosting a variety of functions including wedding receptions, school concerts, conferences and meetings. Venues include:
- Paroo Shire Hall
- Main Auditorium
- Bar & Courtyard Area
- Secretary Room
- Supper Room
- John Kerr Park
- Wyandra Town Hall
- Eulo Town Hall
- Kookaburra Room (in CCEC)
- Mulga Room (in CCEC)
- Cunnamulla Racecourse
- Noorama Racecourse
- Cunnamulla Pool
Mobile catering equipment such as cold rooms, chairs, tables etc. are also available to hire from Council.

Civic and Community Enterprise Centre (CCEC)
In 2021 the new CCEC building opened after the original building had to be demolished due to irreparable structural issues. More information on the transformation is available Here.
Racecourses
Racecourses are located in Cunnamulla and Noorama and host multiple race meets each year. The racecourses are also available for event hire and further information can be provided by contacting Council on (07) 4655 8400. Note: when race meetings are scheduled, preference is given to a race meet over private hire.
