A tyre disposal declaration form is required to be filled out prior to drop off to be signed off by a Council officer on drop off. From this form the business/individual will be invoiced accordingly. Businesses disposing of large quantities of tyres are encouraged to make their own arrangements for tyre disposal with external contractors.

Illegal Dumping of Tyres

The Queensland Government fines for illegal dumping. Under the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011 (WRR Act), it is an offence for a person to unlawfully deposit waste.
