Notice of Rate Arrears Auction
Paroo Shire Council is holding a rate arrears auction on Friday 13 November 2009 at 10:00am at the Civic Centre, Cunnamulla.
A list of properties for sale can be obtained by contacting Paroo Shire Council Offices, 49 Stockyard Street, Cunnamulla. Anyone wishing to bid at the auction should also obtain a copy of the contract of sale and auction rules which are also available at the Paroo Shire Council Offices.
Council is selling the land owing rates and charges remaining unpaid for 3 years and over. Sale of the land is being conducted under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993.
