Cunnamulla Champion to visit Cunnamulla
As a result of Negotiation Table processes, Cunnamulla has been appointed a government champion – the Director General of the Department of Education, Ms Julie Grantham. The purpose of a Champion is to assist the community in cutting through the red tape and progressing issues and projects effectively with the support of the state government. Ms Grantham will be visiting Cunnamulla next week and holding a number of meetings with key stakeholders. The appointment of a Champion provides our community with a significant opportunity which I will be making the most of.
